It’s study time and, with the stress of study, good nutrition is often forgotten amongst the late nights and caffeine fuelled swot fests! Yet what you eat has a massive impact on your ability to concentrate and take in information. “Brain Food” is a seminar for high school students and is designed to help them be at their best with good nutrition. Students will discover useful tips on:

  • What are the specific ingredients to aid concentration

Sports nutrition is not a new concept, but it is not always implemented correctly. Often the reason behind this is that many athletes are unaware of what the ‘right’ foods are and the
